Sioux Services LLC’s RX-Clean programs are tailored to each client’s needs.
Medicines play an important role in treating many conditions and diseases, but when they are no longer needed it’s important to dispose of them properly to avoid harm to others.
More than 100 different pharmaceuticals have been detected in lakes, rivers, reservoirs and streams throughout the world. A growing concern for our environment is the safe disposal of these products to ensure they do not end up in landfills and reducing the risk of diversion. Additionally, proper disposal protects brand equity and supply chain integrity.
Our Expert Staff can guide your facility to a regulatory sound method of disposal that meets your needs and your budget. Whether we are dealing with a few pills from the local doctor’s office or a production lot from a manufacturer, we will quickly develop a solution and take action to complete the job.

HOW THESE PROGRAMS WORK (in service areas)
Amalgam Disposal Service
If you remove or place amalgam, your office generates hazardous, amalgam-contaminated waste that must be disposed of separate from your regular waste. Fortunately, amalgam-contaminated items are a “Universal Waste,” meaning they can be transported to a recycling facility by Sioux Services LLC’s. drivers
We will provide you with a D.O.T. 5-gallon hazardous waste container in which you can collect all the amalgam waste you generate. When it is full, give us a call or email and we will dispose of it and leave you with a replacement. We provide cradle-to-grave environmental stewardship and provide DEP-required tracking documentation for your records.
This program pays for itself. How? When you dispose of your filters, you save over a mail-in service. In addition to these savings, you will have a means of disposing of all your other amalgam waste, that the mail-in service does not provide.
Lead Foil Disposal Service
If you utilize Lead foil that shield X-ray film or protective lead shields, your office generates hazardous, lead waste that must be disposed of separate from your regular waste. These items should not be disposed of in the trash. These materials are hazardous waste (D008) unless they are recycled for their scrap metal content. Studies suggest that a high percentage of dentists are presently recycling lead foil. These items can be recycled transported to a recycling facility by Sioux Services LLC’s. drivers
